When I contacted Shark Customer Support, I was informed that it was no longer included with the vacuum but could still be purchased for an additional cost. A hard floor accessory that DOES NOT even attach to the vacuum was given in its place." The company should thus modify their response to reflect the fact that the Deep-Cleaning Motorized Pet Tool is no longer included with the Shark vacuum.
