Since receiving my vacuum from Amazon, I've been using it for approximately 3.5 weeks. So far, I've had no problems with the cord tangling. Because my pool was dirty when I opened, I must have used this vacuum at least 15 times. The Unit has done a fantastic job. I used to have the Dolphin Dynamic, which required you to alternate the handle to keep the cable from tangling. I never had any problems with that machine. This machine is significantly lighter and cleaner than my previous one. So far, I'm quite pleased with it.
